AVT Australia’s cutting-edge CM234 Spitfire imaging system has been selected for incorporation into the Australian Army’s new tactical unmanned aerial system (TUAS) for Land 129 Phase 3.
The CM234 is a next-generation gyro-stabilised imaging system that will deliver enhanced situational awareness in the field.
Brigadier Allen said, “The Spitfire camera gimbal is an extremely lightweight sensor package that provides a day-and-night surveillance and reconnaissance capability on the installed aircraft, which will significantly boost Army’s tactical UAS capabilities”.
